By downloading, installing, or using CNC Machines, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

2. Description of the App

CNC Machines is a workshop management tool for CNC professionals. The app allows you to:

• Save and manage your CNC machines, materials, and cutting tools
• Calculate the cost of each job based on your saved resources
• Use a job timer to track how long each job takes and estimate completion time
• Generate receipts and vouchers for your clients
• Export vectors for use in CNC cuts and designs
• Manage your full workshop workflow from a single app

All data you enter (machines, jobs, costs, receipts, vectors) is stored locally on your device.

3. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Important: All cost calculations, time estimates, and other results produced by CNC Machines are based solely on the data you input. The accuracy of results depends entirely on the accuracy of the information you provide.

Champ makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of any calculation, estimate, or generated document for any specific business, legal, or tax purpose. Always verify important figures with qualified professionals before using them in official contexts.

4. User Data & Responsibility

All data stored within the app — including machine configurations, job records, cost calculations, receipts, and exported files — is your sole responsibility. We strongly recommend:

• Keeping backups of important records through your device's backup system
• Not relying solely on the app for official financial records or tax documentation
• Verifying generated receipts comply with local regulations before using them commercially

Champ is not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or any other cause.

5. Intellectual Property

The CNC Machines app — including its design, source code, text, graphics, interface elements, and generated content templates — is owned by Champ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the app or its components
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use the app's templates, designs, or generated content for commercial resale without written permission
• Remove any copyright or ownership notices from the app

Content you create using the app (receipts, cost records, vectors) belongs to you.

6. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CNC Machines for personal and professional workshop management purposes. This license does not permit use of the app on devices you do not own or control, or resale of the app or its functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Champ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update the app and these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
